I’ll be straight with you about why. This isn’t about protecting myself from people who don’t follow through -- though honestly, that does happen. It’s about what you’re actually buying. You’re not purchasing a product you can return. You’re securing a year of dedicated access to me, my time, and my attention. The moment that spot is filled, it’s gone for everyone else.
If something significant changes in your life -- a serious medical situation or a major family crisis -- reach out to me directly at Bcoles@TheDrummersGirlfriend.com. I’ll listen and we’ll work out the right path forward. What I can offer in those situations is a pause or a credit toward a future intake, not a cash refund.
Extensions and refunds are not granted because progress feels slow or the band got busy. Coaching works when you show up for it. I’ll hold up my end completely -- every session, every commitment, everything I’ve promised you. I ask that you hold up yours.
