Cancellations & Refunds:

Life happens and I get it. If you need to cancel your session and want a refund, requests made at least 36 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. If you're cancelling to reschedule, that falls under the rescheduling policy above. Cancellations with a refund request made less than 36 hours before your session will forfeit the fee.

Missed Appointments:
If you miss your session without notice, rescheduling or refund will be handled at my discretion based on the circumstances.

Completed Sessions:
No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place.
